Radiant (RXD) is a decentralized, peer-to-peer, Layer-1 blockchain that aims to address issues with existing blockchains, such as scalability, parallelism, and Turing Complete programming.

It allows for the direct exchange of value without a central party, similar to Bitcoin, and timestamps transactions into a hash-based chain of proof-of-work. RXD also combines the inherent parallelism and performance of an unspent transaction output (UTXO) based architecture with the Turing Complete programming of Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) architectures.
